Prices in euros, VAT included where applicable. Shipping costs shown at checkout.
The contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation email.
Payment: Card and PayPal, processed securely by the payment provider.
Right of withdrawal: EU buyers may cancel within 14 days of receipt by emailing agency.urban.sub@gmail.com. Return the item unused in its original packaging; return shipping is paid by the buyer. Refund within 14 days of your notice, once the item is received.
Damaged items: email photos within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Products are covered by the legal guarantee under Spanish consumer law. Spanish law applies.

Data is shared only with the services needed to run the shop: payment, courier, hosting and Mailchimp. Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA) processes your email for our newsletter under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection.
