Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you receive the goods (or the last item, if you ordered several in one order).
To withdraw, write to contact@sam3.es with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
Returns
After you notify us, you have 14 days to send the items back to us. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, well protected, and unused. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Refunds
We will refund the price of the items and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until the items have arrived back to us before refunding. The refund is made with the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to contact@sam3.es within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or a refund.
