If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Please email us at agency.urban.sub@gmail.com before sending anything back.
Condition. Items must be returned unused, in the condition you received them and in protective packaging. Prints must travel flat or rolled in a rigid tube.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the price of the item and the standard shipping you paid, to your original payment method, within 14 days.
Return shipping. The cost of returning the item is paid by the buyer. We recommend a tracked and insured service.
Damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, email us at agency.urban.sub@gmail.com within 7 days with photos and we will replace it or refund you.
