Shipping
All orders ship from Spain.
Preparation: 2–4 business days before shipping.
Europe: delivery in 5–7 days after shipping.
Rest of the world: delivery in 7–14 days after shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Certificate of Authenticity (COA)
All prints are signed and numbered, with a certificate of authenticity from the artist.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or refund.
Returns
If something went wrong with your order, write to us and tell us what happened, we’ll find a solution together. You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, see full conditions in Terms & Privacy.
Invoicing
You’ll receive your invoice by email along with your order confirmation.
Businesses in the EU
If you are a business in another EU country with a valid VAT number, write to contact@sam3.es before ordering and we will invoice without Spanish VAT.
